Muffins, Miles and Half Marathons Day 23

Feeling much better today, the sun was shining and sky looked kinda clear. I'd arranged to do a long bike with KimboMagic and still not feeling 100% decided to run just 2 miles.

Mileage this week has been disappointing, but hopefully this week will be easer in terms of fitting it all in.

In other news; I made lemon drizzle muffins, they are a bit uneven, but boy do they taste good...

    I love lemon drizzle cake. You can see the drizzle on those muffins... time for a Homer Simpson style "MMMMM...Muffins!" :)
