Ice, ice baby..- Day 29

Today has been very busy, swimming with mini and her first ice skating trip. What a great day. However got home absolutely shattered, bit worried as supposed to be running 10 miles tomorrow, so decided to jog 1 mile and get an early night tonight.

I need to run 10 to prepare for the Brighton Half marathon, which is in about 3 weeks I think!

Red meat and spinach again for tea, booo to low iron, and boo to seeking medical advice, who wants to take iron supplements...grim!

Hope all other Janathoners' are all looking forward to next week, a day or two off...whoop!

  1. Woooopp cant wait for 2nd Feb, have to run on the 1st as its club night so my Janathon ends on the 1st Feb not 31st Jan, hope its warmer tmrw for you on your 10 miler

  2. There are some good herbal iron supplements out there which are less horrible to take, I have that issue sometimes and there is only so much red meat and spinach I can tolerate! Hope your 10 miler goes ok.
